BIZIRIK 48 is built around life that is disappearing.
We create contemporary apparel inspired by endangered, rare, and extinct species, including animals, plants, insects, fungi, and other forms of life.
Each design begins with a real species, but the goal is not traditional conservation merchandise. BIZIRIK 48 combines wildlife, typography, illustration, photography-inspired artwork, distressed textures, and modern streetwear design to create pieces that work as fashion first.
This approach is different by design. At BIZIRIK 48, we want to make things differently.
We want to raise awareness beyond the traditional conservation audience — reaching people who are drawn first to the design, the style, and the clothing, and through that, discover the species and their stories.
If the clothing reaches people beyond the usual conservation audience, the species reaches them too.
Some designs tell the story of species still fighting to survive. Others remember species that are already gone. Each one has its own number, visual identity, character, and story.
